Location: Saint Petersburg, FL

Compensation: $90,000 - $120,000 / year + Comprehensive Benefits

About the Company We are a mid-size general contractor established in 1987, specializing in heavy and light industrial, manufacturing, and warehouse construction projects across the Southeast and beyond.

The Role We are seeking an experienced, driven Project Manager to lead complex industrial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. You will oversee all phases of construction, maintaining highly organized documentation and strict timelines for large-scale industrial builds.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the Project: Manage planning and execution for ground-up industrial builds, warehouse expansions, and manufacturing facilities.
• Own the Financials: Develop budgets, monitor project costs, and provide regular forecasting to leadership.
• Manage the Schedule: Build and maintain detailed project timelines and coordinate daily with field staff, superintendents, and specialty subcontractors.
• Process Documentation: Track and manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and closeouts.
• Client Relations: Maintain strong, transparent communication and responsiveness with clients and stakeholders.
• Site Safety & Quality: Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and strict industrial safety standards.

What You Need

• Experience: 5+ years managing industrial construction projects with a proven ability to juggle multiple teams and large-scale builds simultaneously.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or equivalent extensive field experience.
• Technical Skills: Deep understanding of industrial construction drawings, materials, and building methods, plus proficiency in PM software (ProjectSight, Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam, etc.).
• Certifications: OSHA 30 preferred; PMP or CCM is a strong plus.
• Physical Requirements: Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and the ability to regularly walk active industrial job sites.
