CNC Machine Operator (4x10 Shifts) Location: Windsor, CT Schedule: 4 days a week / 10 hours a day (4x10) Compensation: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour (depending on experience) Overview Are you a skilled Milling/CNC Machinist looking to take your career to the next level? We currently have openings for the following 4x10 shift schedules:

• Shift Option 1: Sunday through Wednesday
• Shift Option 2: Wednesday through Saturday In this role, you will be responsible for operating and programming CNC machines to produce high-quality components that meet our clients' exact specifications. • Set up and operate CNC milling machines to produce precision parts.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
• Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet strict standards.
• Perform routine maintenance on machines and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to optimize machine processes.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, strictly adhering to safety protocols. Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent; a technical degree in machining or a related field is preferred.
• Proven experience as a CNC machinist, with a strong understanding of milling operations.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints.
• Strong attention to detail and a steadfast commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to daily challenges. Physical Requirements
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Manual dexterity to safely handle small parts and tools.
