Senior Project Manager – Multi-Family Construction Location: Columbus, Ohio Compensation: $125,000 - $140,000 base salary + bonus opportunities & relocation assistance About the Role We are seeking a detail-oriented, experienced Senior Project Manager to lead our multi-family construction operations. You will direct day-to-day site operations while ensuring strict adherence to company policies and procedures. Note: All candidates must be able to provide a comprehensive multi-family project list. What You'll Do

  • Project Lifecycle Management: Oversee job set-up, the active construction phase, project close-out, and overall cost-effectiveness.
  • Site Operations: Ensure all daily site operations run smoothly and meet organizational standards.
  • Team Leadership: Actively manage the project team, provide training, and assign or direct work.
  • Performance Management: Appraise performance, reward or discipline employees, and resolve problems or complaints in alignment with company policies and applicable laws.
  • Client Relations: Act as a customer sponsor as needed. What You Bring
  • Education/Experience: A fourth-year college/university program certificate, OR 2–4 years of related experience and/or training, OR an equivalent combination of both.
  • Technical Skills: Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel. You must also be (or become) proficient in all aspects of the Procore project management system.
  • Communication: The ability to effectively read, interpret, and present technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents to top management, boards of directors, or public groups. You must also be able to respond to inquiries from customers and regulatory agencies.
  • Analytical Ability: The ability to collect data, establish facts, draw valid conclusions, and interpret mathematical or diagram-based technical instructions to solve problems. Physical Demands
