We are seeking a dedicated Project Manager to lead our construction site operations and deliver exceptional results in the Dayton, Ohio market. Role Overview As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of construction sites while adhering to the organization’s management policies and procedures. You will oversee the full lifecycle of multi-family housing projects, from initial site setup through to the close-out phase. Key Responsibilities

  • Project Leadership: Oversee project management, ensuring cost-effectiveness and successful execution across the construction and close-out phases of multi-family developments.
  • Team Supervision: Directly supervise project team members in accordance with company policies. This includes training, planning, assigning, and directing work. You will also be responsible for appraising performance, rewarding or disciplining employees, and resolving problems on site.
  • Customer Relations: Act as a customer sponsor as needed to maintain high-quality client relationships.
  • Communication: Utilize strong verbal and written skills to present information to top management and public groups. You will also respond to inquiries from customers and regulatory agencies. Qualifications & Competencies
  • Required Experience: Previous experience as a Project Manager specifically in multi-family housing construction is required. (Note: Background in commercial and/or K–12 construction is also valued).
  • Project Portfolio: Applicants must provide a multi-family project list along with their application to showcase their previous work and domain experience.
  • Education & Training: A four-year college or university program certificate; OR two to four years of related experience and/or training; OR an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Technical Proficiency: Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel at an intermediate level. Candidates must also be or become proficient in all aspects of the Procore project management system.
  • Core Competencies: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret complex financial reports and legal documents. Must demonstrate the ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Physical Demands To successfully perform the essential functions of this job on job sites, candidates must be able to meet the following physical requirements:
  • Regularly use hands to handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, talk, hear, and see.
  • Frequently stand, walk, and sit.
  • Occasionally stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
