Job Description: Human Resources Coordinator Job Type: Part-Time Pay Rate: $19.00 – $22.00 per hour Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 1:00 PM (22.5 hours/week) Work Location: In-person (Office-based; no remote/telecommuting options) Reports To: Vice President of Operations About the Role We are seeking a proactive, empathetic, and highly organized Part-Time Human Resources Coordinator to champion our company’s recruiting efforts and manage essential HR administrative operations. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for prospective talent while ensuring seamless daily onboarding, offboarding, and record-keeping workflows. Key Responsibilities Recruiting & Talent Acquisition

  • Job Posting & Outreach: Publish and manage job openings across various employment websites and job boards.
  • Candidate Screening: Review incoming resumes and initial applicant submissions to identify top talent.
  • Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate in-person interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Collaborative Selection: Actively participate in hiring discussions, evaluating candidates for cultural fit and organizational alignment.
  • Agency Communication: Serve as the primary liaison for correspondence with external recruiting and temporary staffing agencies. HR Administration & Operations
  • Onboarding Workflow: Facilitate a welcoming onboarding experience for new hires, including form completion, paperwork processing, and system setup.
  • Offboarding Procedures: Assist with employee exit workflows, systems deactivation, and offboarding paperwork.
  • Records Management: Accurately maintain all confidential employee files, databases, and HR records.
  • General HR Support: Execute various clerical and administrative duties to support overall office operations and compliance. Qualifications & Competencies Required Experience
  • Human Resources: 1–2 years of HR-related administrative or recruiting experience (1 year strictly required).
  • Software Proficiency: High-level computer literacy with at least 1 year of required experience in Microsoft Office Suite (specifically Word, Excel, and Outlook Calendar). Key Skills & Attributes

  • In-Office Requirement: This role operates strictly in a professional office environment during the hours of 8:30 AM to 1:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
  • Local Travel: Must be able to travel between local company locations when necessary, occasionally with short notice.
